Pat Knoerle-Jordan is Principal of PKJ Consulting and brings in associates or strategic partners as needed, pending the unique needs of clients.

Pat has successfully served as a former CEO, Executive Director, and National Campaign Director for over 30 years in multiple organizations, including local and national roles with the National MS Society and the MS Center affiliated with Mercy Hospital.

Her consulting experience dates back to serving as an internal consultant, partnering to produce high-performance turnarounds and impactful results across the country.

Pat shares her expertise to grow organizational capacity, fundraising, and operational practices to insure growth and sustainability. She listens intently and thinks strategically. Best practice processes and tools are customized to meet the unique needs of organizations with whom she works.

Pat is passionate about the nonprofit sector, and her approach allows for customization and includes stakeholder input. She’s optimistic and strategic, focusing on continuous improvement and opportunities that build desired change and sustainability.

Pat received the STL Business Journal’s Influential Business Women’s Award for dedication and leadership to the community. Additionally, she was selected among her National MS Society’s peers to chair the Chapter President’s Council. Pat sat in the saddle leading turnarounds, re-branding, and continued growth in all agency performance indicators with these agencies.

She is a graduate of Webster University. Currently, Pat actively volunteers on various nonprofit boards and committees. Pat’s fun includes being a treasured aunt, cooking, cycling, yoga, gardening, and travel adventures.
