Organizational Assessment

An Organizational Assessment evaluates effective function of all aspects of your nonprofit. The assessment approach varies, dependent upon need and identifies key challenges across the organization.

People & Process Impact Results

This phase of engagement allows us to explore the operational processes of how the nonprofit business conducts its work and runs its business.

Common challenges often include lack of collaboration, working in silos, inconsistent implementation, and a lack of consistent competencies.

Contingency Planning

The need for Contingency Planning emerges when a situation needs to be evaluated from multiple perspectives, to make good decisions and measure impact on the organization.
